Who we are

ExamPrepSchool is run by YOUR NAME OR BUSINESS NAME, based in England. Contact: YOUR EMAIL.

What we collect about children

For each child profile, a parent adds a first name or nickname and the child's school year. We store these with the child's practice scores so each child sees their own progress. We do not ask for surnames, dates of birth, schools or photos. Data is stored securely with our database provider, Supabase (UPDATE: region, for example London). Parents can edit or remove a child's profile at any time, which deletes that child's scores. We also record when each practice set was completed and roughly how long it took, so parents can see how much the app has been used.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising cookies. If you add analytics later, describe it here and use a cookie banner if required.

Your rights

If you send feedback, we store your message, your rating, the page you were on, your child's school year and, if you give it, your email address, so we can improve the service and reply to you.

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. You can also close your account yourself from the Account page in the app, which immediately deletes your login, every child profile and all scores. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
